Fly Safari Adventure will not be held liable for any injuries or complications arising from failure to adhere to the above eligibility requirements.

Any participant found to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other impairing substances will be prohibited from participating in the activity.

Fly Safari Adventure reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
